Really nice and inexpensive. I have a 2022 CX-30 with a key that does not include the trunk release, only lock, unlock, and panic. My daily driver fob has already been damaged, and I lost the chrome piece opposite the key side, so I switched to my second fob and installed this.It comes in 2 parts. The main body is like a rubber phone case. You just pop it over your fob. If you look at the picture of the back, this second back shield piece slides inside the gold lip on the back to protect the back of your fob. 360 protection. All the buttons work like they are supposed to for my model after install. I would have no problems from now on if I drop my keys. Looks cool too!Only little comments: It does add bulk to your fob, but that is a tradeoff for the protection. The cover is a bit of fingerprint magnet. Also, the buttons bumps on the case on not raised very far and are more flush, so finding a button by feel might take some getting used to.Overall, really nice price for the protection. Heck of a lot cheaper than getting a replacement fob!
