„Turn Clockwise to Install Oil Filter Prep the New Filter: Before installing the new filter, apply a small amount of clean engine oil to the rubber gasket on the top of the filter. This helps create a proper seal and makes it easier to remove the filter during the next oil change. Install the New Filter: Screw the new oil filter onto the filter housing by hand. Once the gasket makes contact with the housing, turn it an additional 3/4 to 1 full turn to secure it (Not recommend over tighten the oil filter)“
